Harley to Valk

To anyone contemplating purchasing a Harley, DON'T!!!

First off I am a ex -Harley rider had a 98 heritage softtail, most of the guys I ride with still have them (Harleys..)  they are nice bikes I have to admit, but you are always wrenchin on them !!

I was at the time looking around at a new 2001 Road Kings, between the price (overpriced) for what you get, and the attitude of the dealers most arrogant, self - righteous B_ _ _ _ _ _ _ !!!  I have met, and the extras they throw on you don't really want,

I decided to buy a Valk Interstate instead..at first felt like a traitor, but once I drove this big girl, I honestly felt I had gotten a much better bike for lot less money..

I have been driving this Valk for two years now, went through two sets of tires already, and  with the exception of general maintenance and adding the toys that  I wanted on it ...I have had no serious breakdowns as of yet , just allot of driving.. best investment I have made.. plus the wife has a much more comfortable back seat to enjoy..  NOT ENDURE on  long rides anymore..

I still get razzed by my other friends who still ride that Milwaukee steel.. but when they are wrenchin on them or waiting for a parts they need,  which is about every weekend, I and my wife " are just a cruisin down that highway " .. so who is the fool..

By  the way when Honda decides to turn out that new Valk,  the Ruin  for 04  and whenever I decide to buy another bike after this Interstate I have, I will probably contemplate purchasing the VTX 1800  nice bike !!  ..

Happy motoring... and to all drive safe and may all your rides be safe ones.... thanks for reading this..
