Full Circle

In July of 2001, I was on assignment in Ft Collins, Co.

After seeing the commercials on TV for the "Baddest motorcycle on the planet" I found a 1999 Valkyrie at a used bike shop.

9300 miles in two years and it ran like a champ. My assignment was for 3 months, and I rode all over Colorado, southern Wyoming and western Nebraska during that time. Talk about a sight to see...go to Rocky Mountain National Park on a Valkyrie and you will be in HEAVEN.

Anyway, my next assignment was in Houston, Tx. My wife was nudging me for a smoother ride so I traded my Valkyrie in on a brand new 2002 Goldwing.

For the last year and a half my wife has not been on the Goldwing.

I have just come from the Honda dealer having closed a deal to trade the Goldwing in on the LAST new 2003 Valkyrie in Houston, Tx.

I must admit that the Goldwing is a fuel effecient and comfortable machine (I put 25,000 miles on it in 22 months)
but I have missed my old Valk for the last to years and I am not waiting anymore. D. Boggs Houston, Rx.
