The Valkyrie Shines

Took the new Valk to a MSF Experienced Rider Course this week, and did it impress the instructors! It was the first Valk they had had in an ERC course, and were curious as to how it would perform. We stopped in almost 1/2 the distance of the other bikes (Heritage Softtail, BMW R75's, Road Kings, Goldwings) in the emergency stop drill, and (of course) we were the first to accelerate to the 20mph exercise speeds! Overall, given that we've "been together" for only 500 miles, we were able to demonstrate the bike's capabilities pretty well. At the end of the range exercises, both instructors told me they were VERY impressed with the bike's performance. Know that you guys won't be surprised, but just thought that I'd pass it on! Highly recommend that course, if you've never taken it, or haven't taken it in a couple of years. Ride safe!
