Here's where we begin!
We meet at 0830-0900 at The Crossroads.

They have agreed to open at 9:00 AM to serve us breakfast that morning.
Price range is from about $3-8.00 depending on what you order.
The web site contains a location map and directions
(click on the name above).
You can fill up with gas one exit West (Yucaipa Blvd. exit),
or one exit East (County Line Rd.).
How about some ride details!
Our Co-Hosts
Katie & Dutch
(shown above)
and
Rocki & JT
Our Co-Hosts have arranged for breakfast at a place normally closed at that hour, a dynamite ride, and they even convinced the city fathers in Big Bear to throw a party in our honor. Are these great folks or what!
If you want to skip breakfast, meet us in
the parking lot at Crossroads at 10am. Wheels turning (be already gassed
up) for Big Bear Lake at 10:30. We'll take Highway 38 (The 38 Special) up through Angeles Oaks, and
go the back
way into Big Bear.
In Big Bear it will be:
Old Miners' Days

Live bands provide the entertainment. The Corvette Club of Southern California will have a car show to give your eyes something to feast on, and when we line our bikes up, they will have something to feast their eyes on! All this, plus, there will be vendor food booths for mid-ride munchies.
And for those with a cast iron stomach there will be a Chili Cook-off (10:00 a.m. - 5:00
p.m.) at the Chamber of Commerce Parking lot, 630 Bartlett Road, Big Bear Lake.
Cost: $1.00 plus a $1.00 Old Miners' Button. $1.00 for a chili tasting kit.
Once in Big Bear, some may decide to stay
for the Parade of Lights (on the lake that
evening), some may decide to head down the hill earlier.
